To Create New Palette
- Set C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\C3D 20XX\enu\Support\ToolPalette directory as the first in the list...
- Create New Palette and Populate
- Close Civil 3D
- Open to check whether Palette exists. If Yes close Civil 3D. If No try again...
- Locate the New Palette in the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\C3D 20XX\enu\Support\ToolPalette directory... Copy to L: Palette location...
- Set C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\C3D 20XX\enu\Support\ToolPalette directory as the second in the list...
- Close Civil 3D
- Remove New Palette from C: Drive and Open Civil 3D. If New Palette is OK then it is safely on L:
To Edit Existing Palettes.
All changes need to be copied from C: to L:(C:\ONK_Civil 3D\ACAD Support\ACAD Palettes) to (L:\DESIGN\DESIGN SUPPORT\ACAD Support\ACAD Palettes)
(C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 20XX\enu\Assemblies) to (L:\DESIGN\DESIGN SUPPORT\ACAD Support\ACAD CIVIL 3D\ONK Custom Assemblies\Assemblies for folder on C Drive)
(C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 20XX\enu\Imported Tools) to (L:\DESIGN\DESIGN SUPPORT\ACAD Support\ACAD CIVIL 3D\ONK Palette PKT Files 20XX)
